Pamela combines real estate experience with expertise as a certified paralegal, project manager in corporate real estate transactions, real estate sales and property management, and augments these skills with a business degree. Her focus is assuring that each client fully comprehends the process of buying and selling real estate. With her expansive legal background in the real estate arena, she is well prepared to clarify and explain the process.
Pamela is a native of Northeast Tennessee. Except for a few years in North Carolina, where her real estate career began, she has lived in Northeast Tennessee. She and her husband rescue cats and dogs and are lovers of all animals.
Bachelor of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, King College, Bristol, Tennessee Pamela has recieved numerous awards for giving back to her community and for volunteer work at the local, state and national levels in real estate. She is active in her church governance and in the local symphony. She is an avid gardener and became a Northeast Tennessee Master Gardener in 2005. She is a member of several garden clubs and is a tireless volunteer in helping others in their gardens.
Pamela strongly believes in Realtors continuing to learn so they can become better and smarter, thereby being better equipped to serve their customers and clients. She has won the NETAR Education Award for the past four years. At the same time, she was Chair of the Education Committee at NETAR and was successful in bringing numerous designation classes to the area to provide other agents the opportunity to earn those designations.
Pamela is a RPAC Investor, a Director of the NETAR Board of Directors (2015-2017), a member of the Tennessee Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee (2012-2017), and a Realtor Community Legislative Representative for the past five years. She has won the Silver (2011) and Golden (2012-2016) Circle Awards. She is the Northeast Tennessee CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) State Board Representative (2015-2017). Her favorite accomplishment was being named "Realtor of the Year" by NETAR in 2014. She completed the NETAR Leadership in 2012 and the TAR Leadership in 2013.
